Charlie Ayres, Trilantic North America co-founder, is currently a Chairman and Managing Partner at the firm. He, along with Danny James, Charles Fleischmann, Jeremy Lynch and Jamie Manges, form the firm’s Executive Committee.

December 2021: Led investment in Strada Services, leading provider of residential electric, air conditioning, security and smart home installation and maintenance services. Trilantic North America supports Strada Services’ continued growth and access to resources to embrace new opportunities.

December 2021: Renewed partnership with Addison Group, a professional services firm specializing in talent solutions and consulting services. Trilantic North America supports Addison’s continued expansion through organic growth and strategic acquisitions.

October 2021: Led capital investment in WebFX, the leading tech-enabled digital services provider for premium SMBs. July 2021: Sold majority control of Kodiak Cakes to another private equity firm and rolled some proceeds for a minority ownership stake.
