Biography

Marty is one of the most tenured growth-stage healthcare investors in the country and has invested exclusively in innovative healthcare software and services companies for more than 28 years, helping to create more than $10 billion in aggregate enterprise value and cash liquidity for the investors in these companies. He has led investments in companies such as IVX Health (Linden Capital Partners), Teladoc (NYSE: TDOC), Change Healthcare (acquired by Emdeon), MDLIVE (Cigna), OnShift (ShiftKey), Aperio (Leica Biosystems), Titan Health (United Surgical Partners), US Renal Care (Leonard Green), Payerpath (Misys/Allscripts), Vantage Oncology (McKesson), Novologix (CVS Health), Artera Health, and many others. For the past 15 years, he has served as an adviser to the California Healthcare Foundation Innovation Fund. Marty received his AB from Princeton University and his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
