Hilary is a Partner at Strattam Capital, a private equity firm focused on investing in founder-led, independent B2B software and technology companies. She has played a pivotal role in shaping Strattam’s investment strategy, culture, and operational excellence, including designing the firm’s “Deal Desk” process. In 2024, she launched Strattam’s Chief of Staff Program to bring high-quality, high-potential talent into the portfolio to accelerate growth.
